In this final 90-minute session, we will explore how you have evolved in your company, industry, and ecosystem to become someone who is building a distinct legacy.
Many people think of a legacy as something that is left at the very end of a person’s life. However, influential leaders consistently build legacy in the way they live their lives on a daily basis. Legacy is not something that should be left unconsidered until the end of your leadership role. Instead, it should be something you reflect on and implement every day as you lead.
In this session, we will explore the powerful and thought-provoking questions we shared with you at the end of Stage 11. We’ll then ensure that your actions, habits, and behaviours continue to align with your goals and desires for the future.
To authentically inspire others with your legacy, you must focus on embodying the six pillars of leadership: character, choices, conduct, consistency, confidence, and compassion. When you exude these qualities and seek to cultivate them in others, you leave a lasting legacy that influences your ecosystem long after you have left your company. In today’s discussion, you will gain insights that you can continue building on in your role as a leader.
