Stage 4 leads you through a deep-dive investigation of biohacking, a systems-based approach to changing your biology. In biohacking, you closely examine your body’s inputs and then learn how to adjust them to optimise your physical performance, mental acuity, emotional balance, and youthful energy. 


Understand the impact these chemical messengers have on your well-being and how, when well-managed, they support each other in offering you optimal health and well-being.


Better understand the impact sugar has on your sleep and hormones. Then, make the necessary changes to transform the quality of your energy.


Change your mindset to allow your body to rest, relax, and rejuvenate, and help alleviate ongoing stressors, increase cognitive function, and gain energy.


Sleep is the way our body restores and rejuvenates itself after long days. We must learn to work with our body, rather than against it, in order for our body and mind to be fully effective.

You already know that what you put into your body has an immediate and profound effect on you. That’s why you feel wired and slightly manic after drinking too much coffee, or sluggish and out of sorts after eating a greasy burger and fries. However, what you may not realise is that what you put into your body significantly affects your state of being on all levels, not just the physical one.

What we consume alters our mood, our energy levels, our mental state, and even the balance of our hormones. If we aren’t attuned to the finer nuances of our own biology, we can damage our digestive systems and prematurely age our bodies.

In Stage 4, we’ll take a comprehensive look at the role these elements currently play in your life and how they are affecting you right now. Then, after understanding their impact on your unique biology, you’ll learn how to better regulate sugar intake, manage stress, access restful sleep, and balance your hormones.
