As an experienced leader, you already possess qualities of influence that have garnered you the success you enjoy today. However, the only way to build upon and enhance your current influence is through personifying and radiating your true personal values.

Leaders who do this are said to have “spiritual intelligence,” or SQ, because they exude the qualities of wisdom, compassion, integrity, and peace. When working with some with high SQ, you experience a deeper sense of meaning and purpose in your work.
