Impactful communicators make good eye contact, stand tall, vary their movements, use animated facial expressions, and speak with energy. In this sub-element, we’ll look at how your communication exemplifies some of these traits—and we’ll also identify areas where you may need to fine-tune your communication skills.

It’s important here to receive external feedback on the way your communication comes across to others. Often, we think we’re communicating effectively, but we may be unaware of how our eyes are moving or what our small gestures may be conveying to others.
