LIONS Resources
At its core, leadership is about building win–win relationships with everyone in your ecosystem. The quality of your relationships reflects the trust you have built over time—with both yourself and others—through many diverse experiences.
In this program, as we focus on strengthening your ability to build strong, influential relationships, we must focus on the habits and behaviours that can poison these delicate connections.
The Poison Locators tool assists you
in identifying any self-sabotaging elements that may be present in your inner talk or in the ecosystem around you. Just as we do in all other aspects of the program, we’ll begin by examining the way you relate to yourself before turning our attention to how you relate to others.
This visual tool reminds us of the consequences of allowing or encouraging any of the behaviours on the list. And I have deliberately chosen to use the word “poison” when describing these habits, because there is never any benefit in allowing them to continue. These behaviours are weak, counterproductive tools that ultimately destroy the relationships that are so crucial in supporting us on our journey.

We will retain all your records for six months after you’ve completed the LIONS program. After six months, we will delete all of your records, including your membership details. If you’d like to retain the records of your work in the LIONS program, we highly recommend that you download your program materials before that time. After that time, we can still provide you with a full-program PDF, but this will be a generic form not adapted to your personal experience in the program.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, you must give a minimum of 48 business hours’ notice. You can only reschedule a session once within a single stage of the program.
If you are unable to give 48 hours’ notice before cancelling a session, you will forfeit that time. However, you can still reschedule a virtual two-hour session that covers the core material in that stage. This rescheduled session will not contain the unique exercises and experiences incorporated in the full-day session, but it will keep you on track with your learning for the 12-stage program.
