Daily exercise (10 minutes)
We are all connected on an energetic level. When you intentionally focus your energy on the people in all four layers of your Relationship Onion, you will find that those people become more responsive and pleasant to interact with.
Although we introduce this exercise in Stage 1, we suggest that you practice it every morning throughout your LIONS journey as part of your morning routine.
● Sit in a quiet place. Get comfortable, and take two deep breaths. Then close your eyes.
● Take two more deep breaths. Let all the tension in your body float away.
● Now, centre your awareness on your heart.
● Think about the people who populate your Intimacy Circle. Start with the person who comes to mind first.
● Feel the sensation of love in your heart. Let it expand and fill your entire body.
● Now, consciously send your love to that person. Make the love unconditional and pure.
● Visualise that person feeling fully loved and supported by you. Send them your gratitude too.
● For a full minute, hold that vision in your mind.
● Now, repeat the process for everyone else in your Intimacy Circle.
● Take two more deep breaths. Focus on the second layer of your Relationship Onion.
● Send everyone in that layer your love, support, and gratitude.
● Spend about a minute doing this, just a few seconds for each person.
● Now, take two more deep breaths. Go out to the third layer of your Relationship Onion.
● Send everyone in that layer your love, support, and gratitude.
● Spend about a minute doing this, just a few seconds for each person.
● Finally, take two more deep breaths. Focus on the outer layer of your Relationship Onion.
● Send everyone in that layer your love, support, and gratitude.
● Spend about a minute doing this, just a few seconds for each person.

- What am I not hearing?
These questions will be answered in the leather binder provided to you during our session.
